If you’re using NotificationManager, this update is for you!

Due to new federal regulations, we’re making an important change to how we deliver SMS (text) notifications. To remain compliant, only users who have explicitly opted in will continue receiving text messages.

If a user does not opt in, don’t worry. We’ll automatically redirect their alerts to email to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

How to Opt In 

To keep getting instant updates via SMS:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Edit My Account.
3. Check the box to enable text message notifications.

Please note: Due to federal compliance rules, each user must complete this individually. Administrators cannot opt in on someone else’s behalf.
