Brett Brewster

Chairman

Brett Brewster has decades of experience as a veteran of the fire, security and life safety industry. He is the founder of multiple companies in the Fire, Life Safety and Security industry. In 2000 he founded BuildingReports.com, Inc., the trusted industry leader in safety compliance reporting with thousands of member companies worldwide.

Jason Kronz

Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Jason Kronz graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Electric Engineering. After graduating, he began his career with Motorola as a radio frequency and software engineer specializing in pager and cell phone technologies. Jason also held a research position with Motorola. Jason continued his career by joining Convergence Corporation in Atlanta, GA where he was responsible for much of the Bluetooth discovery specification and early PalmOS projects. A founding partner of BuildingReports, Jason's dual roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer guarantee technology initiatives are soundly implemented.

Penny Jolly

Chief Financial Officer

Penny Jolly has been a part of the BuildingReports team since its founding in 2000. She is responsible for financial oversight including banking and business insurance. She also serves as the corporate Secretary and Treasurer. She works closely with the Vice President of Finance. Penny is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Mercer University in Atlanta with a major in accounting. Her vast experience over the past thirty years has been in the fire and property protection industry helping multiple companies achieve success.

Bryan Shaver

President

Bryan Shaver has been in the fire and property protection industry since 1990 and spent over thirty years building one of the largest service organizations in the southern United States, covering multiple states and serving thousands of customers.  As a founding partner of BuildingReports, Bryan has worked alongside company advisory groups over the years and joined BuildingReports full-time in 2021.

Chris Dispain

Vice President, Research & Development

Chris Dispain began his career in the Fire, Life Safety and Security industry in 1998 as a Systems Inspector. Chris's programming background placed him on the BuildingReports founding team, developing the first ever mobile and web-based inspection reporting service. While Chris continues to program for BuildingReports, in 2011 he was appointed Vice President of Member Services, becoming responsible for leadership and management of all aspects of Member Services. This role included overseeing training, technical support, and proactive assistance to BuildingReports members. As Vice President of Research and Development, he oversees the strategic direction and engineering of our technological innovations.

Dwight Wills

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Dwight Wills joined BuildingReports in 2002. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dwight is responsible for strategic planning and management of external and internal sales growth and marketing of the BuildingReports brand. His professional experience in electrical mechanics, software/network integration, mobile to web technologies, account management, marketing and sales, spans a 30 plus year career across three continents: Australia, Europe and the US.

Paige Nifong

Vice President, Finance

Paige Nifong joined BuildingReports in 2013 and currently serves as Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for financial strategic planning as well as oversight of the human resources function. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a major in accounting, Paige holds a CPA license and a Society of Human Resource Management certification. She has professional experience in several industries including technology, franchising, and manufacturing.

Brandon Teasley

Director, Member Success

Brandon Teasley joined the BuildingReports team in 2014 as the company’s first Southeast Account Manager. Since that time, he has collaborated with BuildingReports members from all across the United States and currently oversees the company's Member Success team. Brandon is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. in Marketing. As the Director of Existing Memberships, Brandon and his team’s primary objective is ensuring the success of all BuildingReports Members and supporting their continued growth.

Nathan Simon

Director of Sales

Nathan Simon joined BuildingReports in 2013 as the company’s first "in-the-field" Account Manager. Eventually, Nathan moved into Sales as a Regional Sales Executive and was then promoted to Sales Manager. He currently serves as Director of Sales and is responsible for overseeing several different BuildingReports sales teams. As Director of Sales, Nathan's primary objective is increasing new membership sales and expanding the rapidly growing National Accounts division. Nathan's career of selling and managing sales of Fire & Life Safety software/technology has spanned over 15 years.

Rich Romanowskyj

Director, Member Services

Rich arrived at BuildingReports in 2003 with a solid foundation in Networking, Technical Support, and Disaster Recovery operations as part of a Global Business Resumption Service team, gaining valuable experience in responding to disaster sites across the globe. At BuildingReports, Rich's primary objective is to deliver unparalleled Technical Support and Customer Service to our network of members. Rich takes immense pride in working alongside a personally curated team that shares his passion for excellence in the industry.
